Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience

- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
