Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized systems
