- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies

- Present future impact analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D portfolios with $50M+ annual budgets
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
