Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4.0 and decentralized ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speeches, white papers, and patent filings
- Mentor a team of specialized researchers and prototype engineers
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems including Web4.0, AGI safety frameworks, and neurotech interfaces
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
- Published thought leader with minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers on future technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding for visionary projects
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology horizon scanning
