Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for post-2025 ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
