Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen interfaces (BCI, AR/VR, haptics)
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks in emerging tech policy discussions
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Drive patent development in quantum-resistant cryptography and distributed AI
- Mentor researchers in converging biotech-nanotech-AI domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction or quantum systems
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable commercial impact
- Deep understanding of ISO 21434 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical tech
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable implementations of futuristic concepts
