Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-neutral systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong patent portfolio (5+ granted innovations)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
