Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with long-term business strategy and market evolution
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, edge systems) into core infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prioritizing tech initiatives based on ROI, scalability, and future-readiness
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption, performance, and competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to ensure seamless integration of future technologies into customer solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to proactively adapt strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 12+ years in enterprise technology strategy, with 5+ years in roadmap architecture
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalability principles
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
