Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the research and development (R&D) strategy for future-proofing our core platforms.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders and futurists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
