Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies post-2025
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems with >10M user impact
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy for distributed systems
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithm optimization and error correction
