Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation decisions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term tech adoption
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
