Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation frameworks for emerging technology verticals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce actionable white papers and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into product roadmaps and business cases
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing C-level strategy
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research (journal articles, books)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
