Your Impact

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns, social media, and web content.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to align visual styles with brand voice and project objectives.
- Operate industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Premiere Pro.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all assets meet strict quality and technical specifications.
- Optimize video files and animations for various platforms and devices to ensure maximum performance and load times.
- Conduct research on current animation trends and techniques to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D animation styles, including character animation and abstract motion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of principles of animation, timing, spacing, and squash and stretch.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
