Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D graphics using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Develop complex interactive animations and visual effects for web applications.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure smooth 60fps experiences across devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate creative concepts into pixel-perfect code.
- Integrate third-party animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, PixiJS) into large-scale applications.
- Maintain and refactor legacy 2D rendering code for better scalability and readability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for graphics programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web standards.
- Strong understanding of the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG, and CSS3.
- Experience with WebGL or a 2D graphics library (PixiJS, Phaser, or similar).
