Responsibilities
- Define Ethical Frameworks: Develop and implement comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI model training and deployment, specifically tailored for 2026 technologies.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous risk assessments on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) to identify potential societal impacts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to integrate ethical considerations into the engineering lifecycle.
- Policy Advocacy: Stay abreast of global regulatory changes and advocate for responsible AI standards within the industry.
- Education & Training: Mentor junior team members on responsible AI practices and conduct workshops on ethics in technology.
- Transparency Reporting: Create detailed reports on algorithmic decision-making processes to ensure transparency for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related field. An advanced degree in both technical and humanities disciplines is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and AI architecture. Familiarity with blockchain or quantum computing trends is a plus.
