Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Architect and deploy scalable AI models for next-generation autonomous robotics and edge computing systems.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of neural networks with hardware controls to ensure real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Roadmap Definition: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, focusing on safety protocols and ethical AI implementation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, hardware engineers, and UX designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance model accuracy in dynamic environments.
- Patenting: Lead efforts in documenting and patenting novel architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML and robotics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
