Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines powering autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ engineers) in developing quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Strategize integration of Web3 and blockchain technologies into enterprise SaaS platforms
- Drive R&D for next-gen human-computer interfaces (neural interfaces, AR/VR)
- Secure $5M+ in federal/state innovation grants for frontier tech projects
- Mentor AI ethics councils and establish responsible AI frameworks
- Present disruptive tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles (Fortune 500 or scale-up preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Expertise in federated learning, generative adversarial networks, and quantum algorithms
- Proven experience securing DARPA/NASA grants for emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (MS with exceptional portfolio considered)
- Deep knowledge of NIST AI framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
