Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technological disruptions and their societal implications
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AGI development
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles across global development teams
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-stakes AI deployments
- Author thought leadership on AI safety, existential risk mitigation, and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, Futures Studies, or Cognitive Science
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible innovation, or technology ethics leadership
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment in AGI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and synthetic biology
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees or regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of influencing corporate AI strategy through ethical frameworks
