Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop corporate policies and governance protocols for responsible AI deployment
- Represent the company in industry consortiums and regulatory dialogues on AI ethics
- Create educational materials and training programs for employees on responsible AI practices
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and societal impacts
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.) and policy development
- Proven track record of publishing influential research on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world impact on AI policy or ethics initiatives
