Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in AI fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and audit protocols
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Track record of publishing whitepapers or industry reports on AI ethics
