Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, industry consortia, and advocacy groups
- Create audit protocols for AI model transparency and explainability
- Establish internal ethics review boards for AI deployment decisions
- Research and publish whitepapers on AI ethics best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and mitigation
- Strong background in stakeholder collaboration and policy development
- Proficiency in AI frameworks like Hugging Face Ethics or IBM AI Fairness 360
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology fields
