Responsibilities

- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI development practices
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Conduct research on societal impacts of AI and publish thought leadership papers
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI, and fairness metrics
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
