Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias, fairness, and transparency across 15+ AI products
- Establish international compliance standards for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Design participatory governance models involving diverse stakeholders in AI decision-making
- Drive research on emergent AI risks and publish industry-defining whitepapers
- Mentor ethics teams across global R&D centers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise implementing EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Track record publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness or AI safety
- Experience leading ethics committees for Fortune 500 AI initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., CERA-AI) or equivalent
