Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethical frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems, generative AI models, and predictive analytics
- Develop real-time bias detection algorithms for high-stakes applications in healthcare and finance
- Coordinate with UN Global Compact and OECD AI policy working groups
- Train engineering teams in ethical AI development using our proprietary Neuro-Governance Toolkit
- Author industry whitepapers on quantum AI ethics and neuro-symbolic system safeguards
- Oversee third-party ethical compliance for AI partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of applied AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical AI policies for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Deep expertise in emerging 2026 AI regulations (EU AI Act 2.0, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Published research on algorithmic fairness, explainability, or value alignment
- Experience leading ethics initiatives at companies with >$1B AI revenue impact
- Proficiency in neuro-symbolic AI architectures and quantum computing principles
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM) or equivalent governance credentials
