Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale ML systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Develop governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with legal teams on evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Establish red-teaming processes for adversarial AI vulnerability assessment
- Author public-facing transparency reports on AI system behavior
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethics frameworks in production AI systems
- Expertise in fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360) and bias mitigation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
- Experience leading cross-functional AI ethics committees
- Strong background in ML model auditing and adversarial testing
