Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including engineers, legal, and social scientists
- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI applications in regulated industries
- Advise executive leadership on ethical AI strategy and regulatory compliance
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience designing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong analytical skills for complex risk assessment and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
- Experience with quantum computing applications (highly desirable)
