Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech development
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI alignment
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong background in policy advocacy with regulatory bodies
- Expertise in ML interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, Counterfactuals)
