Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Proven track record developing governance policies for large-scale AI deployments
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Experience with generative AI, quantum computing ethics, or autonomous systems
