Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Published work on AI ethics or related topics preferred
