- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in public forums and industry standards
- Monitor emerging regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Report on ethical performance metrics to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics
- Proven ability to influence organizational culture and policy
