Responsibilities

- Advise product teams on ethical design and responsible innovation

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI experience
- Proven expertise in developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI ethics
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
