Qualifications

- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.) and emerging standards
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in algorithmic bias mitigation
- Published research in AI ethics or policy (peer-reviewed journals or conferences)
- Experience with cross-sector collaboration (tech, government, academia)
