Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research on bias mitigation in machine learning models
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies on AI safety standards
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Author white papers and position papers on emerging AI ethics challenges
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias/fairness auditing for large-scale ML models
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience leading technical teams and managing research initiatives
- Strong background in causal inference and explainable AI techniques
