Responsibilities
- Design and enforce ethical AI governance policies for autonomous systems and machine learning applications
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on AI models using advanced analytical tools
- Develop cross-functional training programs on responsible AI practices for engineering teams
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment with evolving AI standards
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to address ethical concerns and build consensus
- Research emerging AI ethics paradigms and integrate findings into organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for commercial products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible technology (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
