Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven track record of developing AI ethics policies in regulated industries
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI systems' ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google, or IEEE)
