- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to prioritize ethical dilemmas
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for human-centered AI design principles across product teams
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI deployments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into policy recommendations
- Experience with AI impact assessment frameworks (e.g., IBM's Fairness 360)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
