Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with multi-stakeholder consensus-building processes
- Strong background in research methodology and data analysis
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
