Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias audits for generative AI models across all product verticals
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Collaborate with Quantum Computing teams on ethical safeguards for AI-quantum hybrids
- Create training programs for ethical AI deployment across engineering teams
- Advise executive leadership on emerging AI ethics legislation and policy shifts
- Pioneer industry partnerships for responsible AI benchmarking initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 7+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Deep expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
