Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, specifically targeting advancements relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- Research & Development: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in exploring novel AI architectures and machine learning models.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to integrate advanced AI solutions into core business workflows efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify long-term tech trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
