Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Build and mentor high-performance technical teams across AI, data science, and engineering
- Develop patent-pending solutions in autonomous systems and human-AI interfaces
- Present strategic tech insights to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, transformer architectures, and edge computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
