Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, data scientists, and business analysts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized AI) with commercial potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities, creating competitive advantage through first-mover positioning
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite executives and investors, securing resources for moonshot projects
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts, ensuring compliance with emerging AI ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Biotechnology, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, responsible innovation frameworks, and future-gazing methodologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to connect technical capabilities to market disruption
