Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruption vectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for autonomous systems integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and translate into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research on AI governance or technology ethics (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI architectures
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
