Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for enterprise and consumer markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI breakthroughs and competitive threats
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the societal impact of advanced AI
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI into corporate vision and long-term planning
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI innovation maturity and adoption velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and scaling AI-driven products to market leadership
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing intersections, and AGI research
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at premier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
