Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with quantum computing and neural interface trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate modeling, and autonomous systems
- Analyze emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and design compliance frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research labs
- Present disruptive AI scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists on ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation principles
- Monitor global AI adoption patterns and competitive landscape shifts
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Future Studies with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives beyond $50M impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research on AI ethics, alignment, or long-term safety frameworks
- Deep familiarity with 2026 technology forecasts from Gartner, MIT, and IEEE
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with decentralized AI governance models and blockchain integration
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM) or Futures Studies (WFS)
