Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on future competitive landscapes
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and technologists
- Author whitepapers on AI governance and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at scale (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems (Nature/Science preferred)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, WFS)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Fluency in at least one non-English language (Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese preferred)
