Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI strategy roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives

- Design ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof AI capabilities into core offerings
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing long-term digital transformation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
