Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating predictive analytics, generative models, and ethical governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-vision AI prototypes for healthcare, climate modeling, and education sectors
- Design adaptive neural networks that evolve through continuous learning while maintaining ethical boundaries
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to optimize AI processing for real-time global applications
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Establish industry standards for AI transparency and accountability in autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years of applied research experience
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuromorphic computing
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-forward AI solutions solving real-world problems
