We are on a mission to architect the future of artificial intelligence. As we look toward 2026 and beyond, we are seeking a visionary AI/ML Architect to lead our infrastructure strategy. You will be responsible for designing scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems that will define the next generation of technology.
In this role, you won't just maintain existing systems; you will build the roadmap for our 2026 technical vision. You will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning and practical, large-scale engineering deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical roadmap for our upcoming AI infrastructure releases, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Design and implement distributed machine learning systems, focusing on high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency inference.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of LLMs and neural networks, optimizing them for real-time performance and resource efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols for AI models and ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate complex research into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technical strategies for a 2026+ horizon.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
