Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models, specifically targeting 2026-era capabilities in Generative AI and autonomous decision-making.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level 2026 strategic goals into technical implementation plans.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for production environments, ensuring robust performance under high concurrency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding data privacy.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
