Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade ML models for edge computing and distributed systems
- Architect novel neural network architectures for quantum-inspired computations
- Develop ethical AI frameworks with built-in explainability and bias mitigation
- Create cross-platform ML pipelines supporting 5G/6G infrastructure
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize breakthrough research
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with proven deployment at scale
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent impact
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their ML applications
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Seldon Core)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into production systems
